I have an evaporative cooler on a tricky, steep, powdery (two-story) color-bond roof that wasn't working properly during a recent heatwave. I requested an onsite quote due to the degree of difficulty with the roof and my consequent need for certainty re final price. They quoted within 24 hours and fixed my problems within a few days. The other two firms I contacted gave me indicative quotes by phone, which could have easily changed once they saw the roof close up. What's more, they were less competitive overall, even with their guesstimates. If I am writing too much, it is because I've rarely seen such great service - I recommend them to anyone!
